"The two levels at Puggs have two quite different feels to them. Downstairs there are more tables and booths, and there is always a lot of talking going on. Upstairs the mood is perkier, and a lot of fun. There is usually a cover band and a DJ, and lots of happy people. Whether you're there for a few quiet ones and a chat, or more than a few and a bit of a dance, Puggs is great for both."
