"Shows Sunday through Thursday are 18 and over (certain shows may be 21 and over). Shows Friday & Saturday are 21 and over. All Guests must be prepared to show valid photo ID.

No Alcohol will be served at any Table that has a Guest under 21 years of age unless a Parent is present.

All seating is on a first come first served basis. Guests with Dinner reservations get Priority seating and are granted entry 1 Hour before General Admission except Sundays which is 1/2 hour. Doors open 2 hours prior to showtime for Guests with Dinner reservations except Sundays which is 1 1/2 hours and 1 hour prior for General Admission . For best seating arrive early. In order to be seated at least 1/2 of your party must be present and all tickets for your party must be in hand.

Valid Photo ID and the Credit Card you made the Reservation with must be presented to pick up Tickets. Tickets will only be released to the purchaser unless prior arrangements have been made with the Improv.

Tickets not picked up by showtime may be released to the public for resale.

All Sales are Final. There are no Refunds, exchanges or transfers. If the show is cancelled refunds will be given so please provide a valid Telephone Number so we can notify you.

Gift Cards are available on line, by phone or at our box office to purchase Tickets as a gift.

There is a Two Item minimum per guest in the showroom and balcony. Any combination of Food or Beverages satisfies the minimum as does Dinner.

The Ticket Price does not include Dinner or the Two Item minimum.
